Per 2 Capsules:
Acacia Fibre (800mg): A powerful prebiotic sourced from the sap of the Acacia tree. It works by feeding the good bacteria in your gut, which in turns helps build a stronger and more diverse microbiome. Research also suggests it could decrease gut inflammation and ease IBS symptoms. Ginger Root 5:1 Extract (60mg): With a long history of being used for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties, ginger is thought to improve digestive processes and help increase movement through the digestive tract. In doing so, it can help reduce constipation, bloating and indigestion. References > 3, 4.
Lactospore ® (60mg, 1 billion spores): Probiotic bacteria from Bacillus coagulans. Probiotics are good bacteria that help improve gut health and digestion, enhancing the absorption of nutrients and fighting inflammation in the body to improve your overall health. References > 5, 6.
Digezyme ® (100mg): A blend of 5 digestive enzymes (amylase, lactase, cellulose, lipase and protease) that play an important role in helping your body's digestive processes, assisting in the breaking down and absorption of nutrients while reducing constipation, bloating and indigestion. Other Ingredients: A plant-based capsule shell, and nothing else.

For every serving of The Digest Capsules: Acacia Fibre (800mg), Ginger Root 5:1 Extract (60mg), Lactospore® (Probiotic, Bacillus Coagulans, 65mg containing 1 billion spores), Digezyme® (100mg containing following digestive enzymes: 2,400μg Alpha-Amylase, 600μg Neutral Protease, 400μg Lactase, 100μg Lipase, 20μg Cellulase).
